Fresh 48 and Birth Sessions

What you can expect from your Fresh 48 or Birth session:

Birth is an absolute miracle, but it can also be very overwhelming and hard, if not impossible, to process in the moment. We’re here to capture the whole experience: from labour, to your child’s first breath, to his or her first visitors! These sessions are a great way to relive this beautiful and extraordinary experience in a way you’ve never seen it before.

We’ll never be intrusive; only acting like a fly on the wall, documenting all the raw and real emotions that happen during labour and delivery. We’ll always give you space and leave the room when needed, as we want you to be nothing but comfortable.

I feel so lucky to have had Jenn come take photos of our new little family in the hospital. Our stay there was such a blur and I’m already forgetting a lot of the details. I love having professional photos of my daughter when she was so new and tiny, and of the room where my husband and I first got to know her. The video Jenn put together was so beautiful. I sent it to family members who live out of province and weren’t able to be here for the birth. It made my mother cry!
